Telford Sunday Night Netball - Week 1

In the heart-stopping opening week of the Telford Sunday Night Netball League, teams across the Premier League and Division 1 battled it out, demonstrating strong camaraderie and meticulous skill on the court.

The Premier League division saw a nail-biting face-off between Chaos Crew and Kiss My Pass, with Chaos Crew clinching victory in a tight 11-10 game. Dharma Reece from Kiss My Pass displayed remarkable expertise and tenacity despite her team’s loss, earning her the title of the 'Most Valued Player' of the week. Other Premier League encounters included the Telford Twerkers and Spice Goals game, which ended in a 5-5 tie, and Pitch Perfect’s taking a strong win 13-7 victory over Netball Numpties.

The action was equally intense in Division 1. The Glitterballs emerged victorious over Hoopdoggz, with a score of 10-6, and the Hot Shots lived up to their name, outscoring Hoops I Did It Again 13-2. However, the standout match was Wrecking Ballers’ 21-0 win against Telford Tricksters.

The exceptional performance of these teams and players sets the tone for an exhilarating season ahead. As the season progresses, players can anticipate more thrilling games, nail-biting finishes, and awe-inspiring displays of teamwork and skill.
