In a thrilling fifth week of the Swadlincote Wednesday Netball League, teams witnessed some electrifying sportsmanship in the heart of the League.

Block And Shot emerged victoriously over Hoops I Did It Again with a narrow final score of 7-5. The match was a nail-biting encounter with both teams showcasing their agility and strategic gameplay. Despite Hoops I Did It Again's spirited effort, they fell short against the robust defense of Block And Shot, which, combined with their efficient shooting, sealed their victory.

The Shooting Stars shone brightly under pressure, trumping the Pink Ladies 14-10. The Stars’ superior passing and shooting accuracy were the decisive factors in their victory. However, the Pink Ladies have nothing to be ashamed of, as their fierce competitiveness and unyielding spirit was on full display.

Get The Rebound also made a strong statement this week, dominating the court with a 17-3 victory over Wildcats. Get The Rebound's exceptional teamwork and precise shooting led them to this remarkable triumph, reminding everyone that they're a force to be reckoned with in the League.

The highlight of the week was the mesmerizing performance of the most valued player, Robyn Jackson of Pink Ladies. Despite her team's result, Jackson displayed an extraordinary level of skills, courage, and sheer determination, earning her the much-deserved title.
