Play in the Worcester Sunday You Play Netball League

It was a delightful evening of social netball at The King's School, marking the commencement of the season. Week 1 was filled with warm smiles, laughter, and a welcoming atmosphere. It was a night where players of all experience levels came together to enjoy the sport they love. The social netball season has just started, and it was wonderful to see so many familiar faces returning to the court.

The first match of the evening witnessed the Toxic Goals and the Cobras showcasing their skills and teamwork. The game ended with the Toxic Goals with a score of 19-7. The positive energy on the court was infectious; the commitment and sportsmanship displayed by both teams made it a highly enjoyable game.

Next, the Spice Goals faced off against On The Attack. The game finished with On The Attack leading with a score of 10-5. Though the scoreline may suggest otherwise, it was a tightly contested game filled with great moments and played in the best of spirits.

The final game of the evening was between Seven Wonders and Rebounders. The game concluded with Seven Wonders on top with a score of 19-7. Both teams demonstrated excellent teamwork and positive energy, making it an enjoyable game for all.

A special mention must go to Lucy Hay from Rebounders, who was declared the Most Valued Player of the week. Her enthusiasm and movement around the court were commendable. Lucy's positive contribution was greatly appreciated by both her teammates and opponents alike.
