Week 10 of The King's School social netball season was filled with laughter, camaraderie, and the delightful clapping of netball shoes against the court. As the sun set over the school, the welcoming atmosphere was palpable. It was an evening where both experienced and novice players took to the court, blending their skills beautifully in a display of team spirit and sportsmanship.
The teams Seven Wonders and On The Attack came together for an enjoyable game. Both teams showed impressive commitment and positive energy, not only demonstrating their love for the sport but also the bond they have formed over the season. Seven Wonders concluded the game with a score of 23-7, but the real victory was the smiles and high fives exchanged by players on both teams.
The evening also witnessed a standout performance by Lorraine Lester from Rebounders. Her enthusiasm and nimble movement around the court were infectious, contributing positively to the overall atmosphere of the evening. Lorraine's dedication to the sport and team spirit have been appreciated by both her teammates and opponents throughout the season.
As we look forward to Week 11, we anticipate another delightful evening of social netball at The King's School. It is a time for everyone to keep active, meet new people, and continue developing their netball skills in a supportive environment.
As the season draws to a close, we want to warmly celebrate the group's leading team, Toxic Goals. Their sportsmanship and dedication have been inspiring to witness throughout the season.
Thank you to everyone who has joined us this season, for your energy and enthusiasm, and for fostering the friendly and inclusive environment that makes our social netball evenings so special. Here's to many more seasons of fun, friendship and netball at The King's School!
