Worcester Sunday Netball Update 1st February

In the gripping world of Netball, the Worcester Sunday Netball continues to serve up high intensity action. Week 2 concluded with exhilarating results that set the pace for the remainder of the season.

Headlining the week was the show-stopping match between On The Attack and Seven Wonders. The Wonders beat On The Attack in a 15-2 win, sending a strong message to their rivals.

Meanwhile, the court was ablaze during the clash between the Cobras and Rebounders. The Cobras put up a valiant fight, but were eventually overtaken by the Rebounders who claimed a 7-3 victory, showcasing their superior agility and tactical prowess.

However, the game of the week was undoubtedly the one-sided affair between Toxic Goals and Spice Goals with Toxic Goals delivering a masterclass in Netball strategy and execution. The score line read 22-4 in favour of Toxic Goals, making them the top scorers for this week.

Despite the loss, Spice Goals' shining star, Sarah Smith, was named the Most Valued Player of the week. Smith's exceptional skills on the court and her impressive performance in the face of adversity reflected the spirit of the game, making her a role model for her peers.
