An exhilarating evening of netball ensued as week two of the Worcester Sunday netball season took place, with the competing teams battling it out in an electrifying week.
In an impressive display of agility and precision, "On The Attack" were on fire this week, scoring a 12 - 4 victory against "Cobras". This win for "On The Attack" demonstrates their strength and tenacity early in the season.
But it was the "Court Rebels" who stole the show, delivering a performance that saw them top the scoreboard with a 17 - 8 win against "Rebounders". This display reaffirms their position as formidable contenders, bringing their A-game to the court from the onset.
"Spice Goals" struggled to find their footing against "Toxic Goals" who won the game, ending with a scoreline of 13 - 3. "Toxic Goals" not only delivered a powerful performance but also demonstrated a commendable level of teamwork and determination.
Amidst the competition, Laura Salmon from "Cobras" earned the most valued player of the week. Despite her team's defeat, Salmon's impressive resilience and dynamic play on the court caught the attention of many, thus earning her the well-deserved recognition.
