It was another delightful evening of social netball at Pershore High School during Week 10 of the season. The welcoming atmosphere was as vibrant as ever, with players of all experience levels coming together for a wonderful night of netball. The spirit of camaraderie and the joy of the game were palpable, creating an enjoyable experience for all.

The first match of the evening saw Pershore Pic N Mix and Pocket Rockets take to the court in a game full of energy and high spirits. Pershore Pic N Mix came out of the match with a score of 28-21. Regardless of the score, the emphasis was on the enjoyment of the game and the spirit in which it was played. Both teams displayed a great sense of unity, sportsmanship and positive energy, making the match a joy to watch.

Next up we saw the Pivoting Diva's and Hooper's showcase their commitment and sportsmanship on the court. The Pivoting Diva's finished the match with a score of 23-20. The game was a testament to the fantastic teamwork from both sides, with their positive energy and sportsmanship setting the tone for the night. Despite the result, the match was a fun and enjoyable experience for all involved, played in the best spirit of friendly netball.

The evening was extra special for one player, Lisa Eksteen from Pocket Rockets, who was named the Most Valued Player of the week. Lisa's enthusiasm and movement around the court made her a standout performer, with her positive contribution being appreciated by both teammates and opponents alike. Her passion for the game truly embodied the spirit of friendly, social netball.

As we look ahead to the first week of a new season, we're filled with anticipation for another excellent evening of friendly social netball. The week promises another opportunity for staying active, meeting new people and honing our netball skills in a supportive and enjoyable environment.
