Week 8 of the social netball season got underway at Pershore High School last night. The atmosphere buzzed with camaraderie and anticipation as players of all ages and experience levels laced up their trainers, ready for a heart-warming evening of friendly competition and team spirit.

The first match of the evening saw Hooper's pit their skills against Pivoting Diva's. The game ended with Pivoting Diva's having a memorable score of 23-14. Full of laughter, teamwork, and remarkable sportsmanship, both teams shared the court with a robust display of collaborative effort.

In the second match, Pocket Rockets showcased their skills against Pershore Pic N Mix, which finished with a score of 29-14 in favour of Pershore Pic N Mix. The game was a delightful blend of positive energy and commitment from both sides, with each player showing dedication and joy for the sport they love.

A special mention should be made of Amanda Lane from Pershore Pic N Mix, who was recognized as the Most Valued Player of the week. Her enthusiasm and agile movement around the court were appreciated by both her teammates and opponents. Her keen sense of teamwork and sportsmanship resonated throughout the evening, making her an invaluable contributor to the friendly spirit of the games.
