Pershore High School was once again filled with the sounds of laughter, cheers and sneakers squeaking on the polished floor, as week four of the social netball season took place. The evening was aglow with the welcoming spirit of camaraderie that has become the signature of these events. Players, both seasoned and those just finding their feet, revelled in the joy of the game, the shared energy and the spirit of friendly competition that defined the night.

Firstly, we saw Pershore Pic N Mix went head-to-head with the Pivoting Diva's in a lively match that had spectators riveted. Pershore Pic N Mix finished the game with an impressive score of 17 against Pivoting Diva's 12. The game was a testament to the shared love for netball, with players from both teams demonstrating an enviable level of skill and camaraderie. Both teams radiated positive energy, making for a game that was played in the true spirit of social netball.

Next up we saw the spirited Killer Queens take on the vivacious Pocket Rockets. With a final score of Killer Queens 8 - 5 Pocket Rockets, the game was filled with exceptional teamwork and an abundance of positive energy. Both teams showcased an impressive level of commitment and sportsmanship that was truly commendable. The game was enjoyable, played with great spirit and thoroughly enjoyable for all who watched.

It would be amiss not to give a special mention to the Most Valued Player of the week, Molly Hughes of Pivoting Diva's. Molly was a vision of enthusiasm on the court with her swift movement and impressive tactics. Her positive contribution to the game did not go unnoticed, as she was appreciated by her team members and opponents alike.

As we look forward to Week 5, we enthusiastically anticipate another evening of social netball. This is more than just a game - it's about keeping active, meeting new people and developing netball skills in a supportive environment.
