Pershore Wednesday Netball Update 4th February

In the thrilling fourth week of the Pershore Wednesday Netball League, the teams battled out in Division 1, delivering a captivating spectacle for the fans. 

The Diva's took the court by storm, demonstrating tactics and skill as they outplayed Hooper's in a 22-8 victory. The Hooper's, despite the defeat, showcased commendable spirit and resilience, with their player Jenny Butlin standing out as the most valued player of the week. Butlin's exceptional performance was a clear display of her prowess and commitment, amplifying Hooper's overall performance in the game.

Pocket Rockets and Killer Queens engaged in a fierce face-off, displaying remarkable tenacity. The Pocket Rockets clinched a hard-fought victory with a scoreline of 16-11. This game was the epitome of a nail-biting encounter, with both teams going toe-to-toe and the Pocket Rockets edging out Killer Queens just by a whisker.

Lastly, the showdown between Pivots and Pershore Pic N Mix is worth a special mention. Pivots managed to secure a narrow victory of 15-13, in a game that was too close for comfort. The exciting back-and-forth encounter had the spectators on the edge of their seats till the very last whistle.

As we wrap up week 4 of the Pershore Wednesday netball, it is clear that the action is intensifying, with the teams pushing their limits to climb up the leaderboard. All eyes are now on the upcoming fixtures as the teams prepare to battle it out in the court once again.
