Pershore Wednesday Netball Update 20th May

Week 7 of the Pershore Wednesday Netball brought plenty of energy, teamwork, and exciting moments as teams delivered another entertaining evening of matches.

The Killer Queens faced off against the Pivoting Divas in a competitive and fast-paced game, with both sides showing great determination throughout. The Divas came away with a 17–8 victory, continuing their impressive run of form. Despite the result, Pippa Fairchild of the Killer Queens produced an outstanding individual performance, earning this week’s Most Valued Player award thanks to her excellent skill, effort, and positive impact on the court.

Elsewhere, Pershore Pic N Mix and Hooper’s played out one of the closest contests of the season so far. Both teams battled hard from start to finish, with the match ending in a deserved 15–15 draw after a fantastic display of teamwork and determination.

Overall, week 7 highlighted the great spirit, sportsmanship, and competitive nature that make the Pershore Wednesday night such an enjoyable competition. With week 8 just around the corner, there’s still plenty to play for, and teams will no doubt be eager to build on this week’s performances in another exciting round of fixtures.
