Pershore Wednesday Netball Update 14th January

In a thrilling opening week of the Pershore Wednesday Netball League, the teams took centre stage with some exhilarating matches. 

The season began with a fierce contest between Pivots and Hoopers.  Pivots outclassed Hooper's with a 22-10 victory. Notching up the highest score of the week, Pivots showcased their scoring prowess and solidified their position as the team to beat. 

Meanwhile, our new teams Pocket Rockets took on Diva's. In an adrenaline-pumping showdown, Diva's pulled off a nail-biting victory, securing a 12-9 win. Both teams showed immense grit and determination, setting the tone for what promises to be an action-packed season.

In another noteworthy clash, Pershore Pic N Mix beat Killer Queens with a 14-4 win. Their stellar performance was highlighted by the brilliance of Amanda Lane, who was crowned the most valued player of the week. Lane's outstanding display of skill and strategy was instrumental in leading Pershore Pic N Mix to their convincing victory. 

This fresh season has already given us some exciting matches and outstanding individual performances. These opening results suggest an unpredictable season ahead.
