In a fierce showdown of agility, strategy, and stamina, the Pershore Wednesday Netball league concluded its exhilarating 10-week season last night. The final game was replete with thrilling moments, the spotlight was on Division 1, where local teams, namely Diva's, Pershore Pic N Mix, Pivots, Killer Queens, and Pocket Rockets displayed their A-game.

The tension culminated in a nail-biting face-off between Diva's and Pershore Pic N Mix, closing with a score of 24-20 in favor of Diva's. Yet, one player from Pershore Pic N Mix stood out in particular - Leanne Crimmings, whose exceptional performance earned her the most valued player this week.

Despite the result, the Pershore Pic N Mix team has a silver lining with Crimming's performance standing as a testament to their potential. However, the night belonged to Pivots, who claimed the title for Division 1 with a decisive 25-10 victory over Killer Queens and an impressive record of 10 wins, amassing a total of 20 points.

Pocket Rockets and Hooper's also displayed an intense game that ended with Hooper's edging out a victory with a 14-11 score.

As the final week of the season wraps up, the victors are basking in their successes, while the defeated teams are already gearing up for the next season.
