The highly anticipated Telford Tuesday Netball League kicked off last night, marking the beginning of a new, riveting season. The competition was intense in the League, which saw a number of teams battle it out on the court.

In a stunning start, Nets Get Physical took to the court last nigh with a sweeping victory over Swift Shooters, finishing with a score of 28-1. 

Meanwhile, the Hoop Hustlers proved their supremacy over Goal Getters, securing a win with a solid score of 11-4. Their impressive display of teamwork and strategy was a sight to behold and raised the bar for the rest of the season.

In a nail-bitingly close match, Just Wing It fell just short against Phoenix, with a final score line of 9-12. Despite their result, Just Wing It's player Roxanne Langeveldt stood out from the crowd, playing an exceptional game and earning the title of the week's Most Valued Player.

Lastly, She's A Keeper managed to win against Jammie Dodgers, ending the game at 20-7. This season's first week showcased the strength and determination of these teams, promising an exhilarating season ahead.

As we step into the rest of the season, all eyes will be on these talented teams of the League. If this week's performances are any indication, we're in for an exciting, action-packed season of Netball.
