Charlbury Wednesday Social Netball

In the second week of the thrilling Charlbury Wednesday Netball league, the action was palpable and the competition tough. The evening was marked by intense matches, electrifying performances and a whirlwind of stunning scores.

TackWoo emerged victorious in a hard-fought match against the Ball Saints, clinching a 5-4 victory in the final minutes. 

In another pulsating clash, Sky Shooters prevailed over Charlbury Shooters with a score of 6-4. The Sky Shooters' tenacious performance was a testament to their determination and competitive spirit, both key ingredients in their recipe for success.

Meanwhile, the Footwork and Pocket Rockets match ended in a close 3-2 win for Pocket Rockets. Despite Footwork's loss, their player Lucy Drinkwater was recognized as the most valued player of the week. Her exceptional skills and display of strategic play were instrumental in keeping the match closely contested.

While the teams continue their pursuit for the top spot, the season continues to deliver enthralling matches, turning every Wednesday into a sporting spectacle for netball enthusiasts. As we move into week 3, the excitement only promises to escalate.
