Charlbury Wednesday Night Netball Update 17th September

In a thrilling night of netball, the Charlbury Wednesday Netball season entered its eighth week and featured some nail-biting matches and impressive performances.

The Pocket Rockets outclassed the Ball Saints with a 20-7 victory. The Rockets exhibited a robust offensive strategy. Despite the heavy loss, the Ball Saints showcased some standout individuals, most notably the most valued player of the week, Katie Williams. Her tenacity and skillful gameplay shone through, making her the silver lining for Ball Saints in this tough match.

We had an edge-of-the-seat encounter between Footwork and Netchicks which saw Footwork scraping through with a narrow 8-6 win. This tightly contested match highlighted the competitive spirit of both teams.

The Sky Shooters and Attackley match-up was another intense game, with the Shooters narrowly edging out their rivals 11-9. High stakes and higher tensions marked this match as both teams gave it their all.

As the Charlbury Wednesday Night Netball moves into its ninth week, all eyes will be on these teams.  Stay tuned as the drama continues to unfold on the court.
