Another lively and enjoyable week of action took place in the Charlbury on Wednesday, as teams continued to build momentum in week 7 of the season.
Ramsden Rockers got things underway with a strong team performance against Ball Saints, securing a 10–3 victory. Ball Saints showed plenty of effort and resilience, and will be looking to build on that as the season progresses.
Attackley and Sky Shooters followed up with a closely contested and entertaining match. Both teams showed great determination throughout, with Attackley just edging ahead to take an 11–9 win. Sky Shooters pushed them all the way, making it a really engaging game for everyone involved.
We then saw Pocket Rockets put in a confident attacking display to earn a 22–4 win over Netchicks. It was a great example of teamwork and sharp play, while Netchicks kept working hard throughout and will no doubt take positives into their next fixture.
As the season moves into week 8, it’s great to see all teams continuing to develop and enjoy the competition. With plenty of close matchups and strong performances so far, there’s lots to look forward to in the weeks ahead.
