Charlbury Wednesday Netball Update 11th March

In week three of the Charlbury Wednesday Netball, teams took to the court for another evening of competitive and entertaining matches. The games showcased strong teamwork, determined performances, and some impressive individual moments.

The Ramsden Rockers faced Attackley in a closely contested match. Both teams worked hard throughout the game, but Attackley gradually built momentum to secure a 19–10 victory. The Rockers showed great determination, reflecting the competitive spirit that runs through the night.

Pocket Rockets met Ball Saints in a lively game. With strong teamwork and consistent play, the Rockets came away with a 13–6 win. Both sides created good opportunities, making it an enjoyable match for everyone watching.

Netchicks also took on Charlbury Shooters in one of the higher-scoring matches of the evening. Charlbury Shooters found good rhythm in attack and finished the game with a 21–13 victory, making them the highest scorers this week.

One standout individual performance came from Lucia Edwards of Ball Saints. Despite the result, Edwards impressed with her skill, effort, and positive sportsmanship throughout the match, earning the Most Valuable Player award for the week.

With several weeks still to play in the Charlbury Wednesday Netball, there is plenty to look forward to. Teams continue to develop their form, and supporters can expect more competitive matches and strong performances as the season progresses.
