Play in the Cannock Sunday You Play Netball league

Another delightful evening of social netball was underway at Cannock Chase High School this past week. In the heart of the community, it was Week 4 of the season, where athletes of all experience levels convened for a warm and friendly night of netball. The welcoming atmosphere was palpable, with the spirit of the sport coming alive through the camaraderie and enthusiasm of the players.

The first match for the night saw Cannock Chaos mingle with the Cannock Comets. The Comets concluded the match after some impressive teamwork and commitment with a score of 17-13. The game was filled with positive energy, every player demonstrating true sportsmanship and a dedication to the game that was inspiring. The game ended with laughter and high fives, a perfect representation of the enjoyable spirit in which the game was played.

Next up was Ace Of Chase playing against the Cannock Chasers. It was a lively game, filled with energetic moves and plenty of smiles. Ace Of Chase finished the game with a score of 41-1, thanks to their spirited performance and dedication, making it an evening to remember. The Chasers also put on an exciting show, their positive energy and sportsmanship shining through every move they made.

Our Most Valued Player of the week was the incredibly talented Emma Pearson from the Chase Chicks. Emma's enthusiasm and movement around the court were a joy to watch, her positive impact on the court making her a loved figure amongst teammates and opponents alike. Emma's contribution to the spirit of the game was truly appreciated.

Looking ahead, Week 5 promises to be another wonderful evening of friendly social netball at Cannock Chase High School. We can't wait to see our players keep active, meet new people, and develop their netball skills in a supportive and community-centred environment. Whether you're a seasoned player or a newbie, the Back to Netball evenings are a great way to engage with the sport in a non-competitive, inclusive atmosphere.
