Play in the Cannock Sunday You Play Netball league

The spotlight was centered on Cannock Chase High School for a spirited evening of social netball in Week 10 of the season. A welcoming atmosphere greeted players of all experience levels, creating a perfect setting for an enjoyable evening. The camaraderie was contagious, and the love for the game was obvious in every pass, pivot and shot taken.

In the first match, Ace Of Chase and Dream Team shared the court. Both teams displayed commendable teamwork and sportsmanship. Ace Of Chase finished the game with a score of 19-4, but the positive energy resonated throughout the match from both sides, making it an enjoyable game played in a great spirit.

Next, we saw Pocket Rockets and Chase Chicks take the court. The commitment from both teams was evident, with the final score standing at 26-21 in favor of Chase Chicks. Every player contributed to the overall joyful atmosphere, making this game a delight to watch.

The third match unfolded between Cannock Chaos and Cannock Forests. Both teams displayed a captivating game, with Cannock Chaos ending at a score of 23-16. However, the true victory was the spirit in which the game was played, reflecting the essence of social netball.

Cannock Chasers and Cannock Comets wrapped up the evening's matches. The final score stood at 18-5 to Cannock Comets. Despite the score difference, both teams displayed a positive attitude, making the game an absolute treat to witness.

A special mention goes out to Hayley Driscoll from Pocket Rockets who was named Most Valued Player of the week. Hayley's enthusiasm and movement around the court were standout features of her game. Her positive contribution was appreciated by teammates and opponents alike.

Looking ahead to Week 11, we cannot wait for another evening of friendly social netball. It's not just about keeping active but also about meeting new people and developing netball skills in a supportive environment.
