Play in the Burntwood Sunday you play netball league

As the sun set on another delightful evening at Burntwood Leisure Centre, the 18th week of social netball brought a welcoming atmosphere, as players of all experience levels sportingly took to the court. The camaraderie was palpable, as teams played with great spirit, demonstrating the essence of teamwork, commitment, and sportsmanship.

The first game saw A Little Rusty and Nether Belles on the court, a match full of positive energy. Nether Belles had a joyful evening, finishing the game with a score of 22-11. The commitment shown by each player, along with their mutual respect and camaraderie, was a sight to behold.

In the second match, Purple Panthers and Flaming Divas demonstrated the great spirit of social netball. The Purple Panthers ended the game on a high note with a score of 16-7. The game was a true demonstration of unity and the common love of netball, enjoyed by all.

Shoot For It and Burntwood 7's came together for the third match, which was marked by its high spirits and generous sportsmanship. With Burntwood 7's finishing the game at 51-8, both teams showed great commitment and love for the sport.

The last match saw Spice Goals and Bluebirds share the court. Both teams displayed their sportsmanship excellently, with the Bluebirds finishing the game at 15-10. Every player's positive energy and dedication to the game was evident throughout the match.

A special mention goes to Claire MacInnes from Shoot For It, who was named the Most Valued Player of the week. Her enthusiasm and movement around the court were remarkable, making a significant positive contribution to the game. Her performance was appreciated by teammates and opponents alike.

As we look ahead to the final week of this season, every player awaits the 19th week of social netball with great anticipation. It's been a wonderful journey of keeping active, meeting new people, and developing netball skills in a supportive environment.
