Play in the Burntwood Sunday you play netball league

Burntwood Leisure Centre came alive with the sounds of laughter, teamwork, and the swish of netballs during Week 16 of the season, as players of all experience levels from the Premier League teams enjoyed an evening of social netball. The welcoming atmosphere of the brightly lit centre provided a perfect setting for a fabulous night of sportsmanship, positive energy, and camaraderie.

The first match of the evening saw Spice Goals and the Flaming Divas share the court. The game concluded with a score of Spice Goals 7, Flaming Divas 20. Despite the scoreline, the teams showcased incredible teamwork, commitment, and a great spirit that exemplifies the best of social netball. Both teams left the court with smiles, proving once again that it's not just about the points on the board but the friendships formed and the skills gained.

The second game had the Bluebirds playing against the Burntwood 7's. The match ended with the Bluebirds scoring 20 and Burntwood 7's closing with 30 goals. The energy and enthusiasm from both sides were palpable, and the game was played in great spirit, a testament to the positive ethos of social netball.

A special mention goes to Rachel Hawthorne from the Burntwood 7's, who was named the Most Valued Player of the week. Rachel's enthusiasm, her excellent movement around the court, and her positive contributions were greatly appreciated by teammates and opponents alike.
