Play in the Burntwood Sunday you play netball league

This past Sunday, the Burntwood Leisure Centre was buzzing with excitement and friendly camaraderie as netball enthusiasts gathered for Week 10 of the social netball season. A special blend of fresh faces and seasoned players filled the venue, creating a welcoming atmosphere where everyone relished the opportunity to play their best game and grow their love for netball.

The evening kicked off with A Little Rusty taking on the Spice Goals. As the whistle blew, both teams displayed an extraordinary level of teamwork and commitment. The final score saw A Little Rusty finishing with a commendable 16 points while Spice Goals netted 12. Despite the final result, both sides showcased a positive energy on the court that was contagious.

Next up were the Bluebirds and Shoot For It. Both teams brought their A-game, making it an incredibly enjoyable match. The Bluebirds concluded the game with a 17-11 lead, but the spirit in which Shoot For It played won the hearts of spectators.

The Flaming Divas and Nets Go match was a true testament to sportsmanship. Nets Go excelled, concluding the game with an impressive 30 points to Flaming Divas' 12. Still, the Divas' positivity never wavered, and they played with unwavering enthusiasm.

Lastly, the Goal Diggers and Nether Belles match was memorable. Despite the final score of 20-10 in favour of Nether Belles, the Goal Diggers' commitment to each other and the game was inspiring.

A special mention must be made for the Most Valued Player of the week, Tania Gibbons from Nets Go. Her enthusiasm and movement around the court were truly awe-inspiring. Her positive contribution not only uplifted her team but was also appreciated by opponents and spectators alike.
