The Burntwood Sunday Netball League continued with its fifth week in high gear, showcasing an impressive display of athleticism and strategy from teams in both the Premier League and Division 1.

In a riveting turn of events in the Premier League, Nether Belles and Goal Diggers clashed, with Nether Belles reigning supreme with a score of 27-11. Despite the defeat, the Goal Diggers' Rebecca Bodenham was named as the most valued player of the week, a testament to her individual skill and prowess.

Meanwhile, Burntwood 7's faced off against Nets Go in a thrilling match, where Nets Go outperformed their rivals with a dominant 28-15 victory.

Division 1 also saw its fair share of high octane Netball. A Little Rusty and Bluebirds went head-to-head in a closely fought battle with A Little Rusty emerging victorious with a 15-9 win. In another nail-biting game, Spice Goals edged out Purple Panthers with a slim 14-12 victory.

Although the teams gave their all, the individual players' performances were equally notable. Rebecca Bodenham of Goal Diggers stood out from the rest with her exceptional skills, earning her the title of 'most valued player' of the week.
