Play in the Burntwood Sunday you play netball league

The Burntwood Sunday's 7-a-side netball league entered its 8th week with excitement building, as teams in both the Premier League and Division 1 divisions battled fiercely for top spots and the coveted league titles.

In the Premier League, the night was filled with high-energy and intense competition. Goal Diggers faced a tough loss with a score of 6-28 against Nets Go, while Nether Belles secured a convincing victory of 20-7 against Flaming Divas. The players displayed exceptional teamwork and skills, leaving spectators on the edge of their seats.

The Division 1 games were equally thrilling, with close-knit battles showcasing the best of Netball action. Bluebirds took a hit against Purple Panthers with a score of 9-13, while Destructive Divas fought valiantly but ultimately lost 12-14 to Spice Goals.

The most valuable player of the week was none other than the outstanding Ellie Walker from Burntwood 7's. Walker's incredible performance throughout the week was a testament to her dedication and skill on the court.

There are only two weeks left in this exhilarating season, making every match from here on even more crucial. Teams and players are urged to secure their places for the next season.

The top scorers for the Premier League and Division 1, respectively, are Nets Go and Purple Panthers. Their excellent performances this week have secured their positions as the teams to watch as the season draws to a close.
