Burntwood Sunday Night - Week 5

Week five of the Burntwood Sunday Netball League brought plenty of exciting action, with teams continuing to show great determination, teamwork, and skill across the court.

Purple Panthers put in a spirited performance against A Little Rusty, but A Little Rusty proved too strong on the day, securing a 24-4 victory. Their sharp attacking play and solid defence helped them maintain control throughout the match.

Nets Go delivered an impressive display against Shoot For It, coming away with a 43-3 win. Their quick passing, movement, and accurate shooting made for a standout performance.

Nether Belles and Spice Goals served up one of the closest contests of the week. Both teams battled hard, but Spice Goals edged ahead when it mattered most, taking a well-earned 15-11 victory.

Goal Diggers continued their strong run with a 25-13 win over Bluebirds. Rebecca Bodenham was a standout performer, playing a key role in her team's success and earning Most Valued Player of the Week for her excellent efforts.

The final game saw Burntwood 7's take on Flaming Divas. Burntwood 7's produced a confident performance, running out 35-8 winners thanks to some excellent teamwork and consistent play across the court.
