Kidderminster Tuesday You Play Netball League – Week 2

Week 2 of the Kidderminster Tuesday social netball league took place at Baxter College, with four matches played during the evening. The teams continued to settle into the new season, with plenty of competitive netball and good teamwork across the games.

The first match saw Kiss My Pass take on On The Ball. On The Ball secured a 16–12 victory after a competitive game. Both teams worked hard throughout the match and played in good spirit.

Next up were Fire Balls and Pink Panthers. Pink Panthers came away with an 18–11 win after a strong performance. Both teams showed good teamwork and continued to compete throughout the game.

The third match saw Wingin It face Little Ladies. Little Ladies finished with a 24–12 victory. Both teams put in a good effort and maintained a positive approach throughout the match.

The final game of the evening featured Goal Diggers and Shooting Stars. Goal Diggers secured an 11–1 win, with both teams continuing to play with good sportsmanship until the final whistle.

The Most Valued Player for the week was Alex Phipps from Pink Panthers. Alex was recognised for their enthusiasm, movement around the court and positive contribution during the match.

As we look ahead to Week 3, we would like to thank all the teams and players for taking part and helping to create a friendly and welcoming league. Social netball is a great way to stay active, develop skills and meet other players, whether you are returning to the sport or have been playing regularly.
