Play in the Kidderminster Tuesday You Play Netball League

Week 15 of the social netball season at Baxter College saw another busy evening of netball, with four fixtures taking place. Teams continued to compete well and enjoy their weekly games in a friendly and competitive environment.

The first match saw The New Team take on Wingin It. The New Team had a strong game and finished with a 22-7 victory. Both teams worked hard throughout the fixture and continued to compete until the final whistle.

Fire Balls then faced Goal Diggers in the second game of the evening. Goal Diggers finished with a 17-13 win after a competitive match between the two teams. Both sides created opportunities and worked hard across the court.

The third game saw Shooting Stars play against Pink Panthers. Pink Panthers finished with a 26-6 victory after a strong performance. Shooting Stars continued to work hard throughout the match and battled until the end.

The final fixture saw On The Ball take on Little Ladies. Little Ladies secured the win, finishing the game 13-8. Both teams put in a good effort, with plenty of movement and passing throughout the match.

A special mention goes to Stacey Catton from Wingin It, who was named Most Valued Player of the week. Stacey put in a strong performance, showing good movement around the court and making a valuable contribution to her team.

As a Back to Netball league, the focus is on providing a friendly and enjoyable environment for players to get back on court, keep active and enjoy regular netball. We encourage all teams to continue playing in the spirit of the league while enjoying the competition.

Week 16 is up next, with another evening of netball at Baxter College. We look forward to seeing all the teams back on court for their next fixtures.
