Unpredictability and excitement swept the latest matches of the Telford Sunday Netball league, with teams from both Premier League and Division 1 divisions showcasing their skills in a night of fierce competition.

Premier League teams didn't disappoint, serving up an exhibition of skillful plays and strategic prowess. Kiss My Pass emerged victorious over Netball Numpties with an impressive final score of 16-7, setting the tone for a thrilling season. Pitch Perfect, although performing admirably, fell short by two points to the Telford Twerkers who scored 13-11. The night ended with a powerful victory for Spice Goals who stormed the court against Chaos Crew, ending the match at 11-1.

The Division 1 games were just as exhilarating. A particularly riveting match was between Hoops I Did It Again and Hoopdoggz, with the latter proving triumphant, netting 17 points to their opponent's 7. Another game saw Wrecking Ballers steal the win from the Hot Shots 16-2. However, the evening's standout performance came from Glitterballs who won 21-7 against Telford Tricksters, securing their place as the top scorers of the division.

Among the array of talent, one player stood out from the rest. Poppy Garbett of Hot Shots was named the Most Valued Player of the week. Despite her team's loss, her extraordinary skills and sportsmanship resonated throughout the match.

Week 2 of the Telford Sunday Netball league has set the bar high, with the teams showing that they're ready to compete and play their best in the upcoming matches.
