In Division 1, Avengers narrowly defeated Violet Vixens 15-13 in a gripping match that went down to the wire. Not far behind, Shoot Happens displayed terrific form by vanquishing Wanderlust 17-7, sparking a thunderous round of applause from the audience. In another nail-biter of a match, Winging It emerged victorious by just one point against Rebounders, in a tightly contested battle that ended 9-8 in their favour.

Meanwhile, in Division 2, Wednesday Warriors wrote a tale of sheer dominance, decimating Hoops I Did It Again with a whopping 22-3 victory. Wildflowers didn't disappoint either, outclassing Nets Go Girls 24-11. In a closely fought contest, Hoop For The Best edged out Flaming Divas 5-3, creating ripples of excitement amongst the spectators.

Undoubtedly, the star of the week was Catie Hale from Shoot Happens. Catie's incredible performance and tenacity on the court earned her the much-deserved title of the most valued player of the week. Her impressive display of skills left fans and fellow players in awe of her talent.

The top scorers of the week in Division 1 were Shoot Happens with 17 goals, and in Division 2, Wednesday Warriors held the top spot with an impressive 22 goals. As the teams gear up for the next week, the fans can hardly wait for what promises to be another round of exhilarating matches.
