Another brilliant evening of netball took place in the Wolverhampton Wednesday Netball League powered by You Play Netball, with plenty of exciting matches, close contests, and great performances across both divisions in week four of the season.

In Division 1, Avengers were in excellent form as they secured a strong 13-5 win over GoalDiggers. Dancing With Wolves also picked up a well-earned victory, beating Pattingham Diamonds 8-4 after a competitive game. One of the closest matches of the night saw Winging It and Violet Vixens battle it out to an exciting 7-7 draw.

Shoot Happens delivered one of the standout performances of the evening with an impressive 24-10 win over Codsall Spices, while Wildflowers also had a great game, defeating Wednesday Warriors 22-10 with some fantastic attacking play.

A special mention goes to Hayley Morris, who was named Most Valued Player of the week. Her energy, skill, and all-round performance really stood out and helped make the night even more memorable.

In Division 2, Hoops I Did It Again claimed a 5-1 victory over Go Net It, while Hoop Hustlers edged past Net Setters in a very close 7-6 match. Hoop For The Best secured an 8-6 win against Net Into The Groove, and Rebounders put in a strong performance to beat Wildcats 14-7. Take A Shot also enjoyed success with a solid 7-2 victory over Shoot For It.

The season is continuing to provide plenty of fun, competitive, and friendly netball, with every team showing fantastic teamwork and sportsmanship each week. Well done to all players involved, and good luck for the upcoming matches as the season continues!
