Play in the Wolverhampton Wednesday Netball league powered by You Play Netball

In Division 1, the Rebounders were bested 7-4 by Dancing With Wolves in an intense match that had spectators on the edge of their seats. Shoot Happens delivered an impressive performance, defeating Winging It 14-6. In another nail-biting game of the night, Violet Vixens emerged victorious against Wanderlust with a score of 7-3.

Division 2 saw its fair share of excitement as well, with Hoop For The Best triumphing over Hoops I Did It Again 8-4. Nets And The City fell short against the Flaming Divas, with a final score of 9-5. Hoop Hustlers struggled against the Wildflowers, who secured a massive 15-1 victory. However, the standout performance in Division 2 came from Wednesday Warriors who annihilated the Wildcats in an astounding 21-2 victory.

The top scorers for each division were Shoot Happens in Division 1, scoring an impressive 14 goals, and Wednesday Warriors for Division 2, who set a league record this week with their 21 goals.

The spotlight of the week undoubtedly goes to Natalie Rushton of Hoops I Did It Again. Despite her team's loss, Rushton was a force to be reckoned with on the court, earning herself the title of most valued player this week. Her exceptional display of skill and sportsmanship serves as a shining example to all players in the league.
