In an exhilarating conclusion to the Wolverhampton Wednesday Netball League, teams Avengers and Wildflowers secured the championship titles for Division 1 and Division 2 respectively. The final week, week 14, of the season saw some intense matches and left spectators thrilled to their core.

In Division 1, the match between Avengers and Shoot Happens ended in a nail-biting 9-9 draw. But it was Avengers who truly stole the show, finishing the season with an impressive total of 27 points and 13 wins. They demonstrated outstanding teamwork and strategy throughout the season, making them the indisputable champions of Division 1.

In Division 2, Wildflowers marked their territory by defeating Flaming Divas with an 11-5 score, earning them the top spot with a total of 26 points and 12 wins. Wildflowers’ consistency and incredible sportsmanship shone through, proving them worthy winners in this division.

The star player of the entire season was Elle Peleris from team Wildcats. Peleris displayed exceptional skills and sportsmanship throughout the season, earning the title of the most valued player. Her grit and determination were inspirational, leaving an indelible impact on her teammates and opponents alike.

In a season filled with high stakes and fierce competition, these teams rose to the occasion and put on an impressive display of netball.
