Bedford Thursday Netball Update - Week 3

All the Latest from the Bedford Thursday Netball League

Week 3 of the Bedford Thursday 7-a-side Netball League delivered another enjoyable evening of netball, with teams sharing plenty of great moments, teamwork, and positive play on court.

Victory Vixens and Bedford Belles played out a well-balanced and entertaining match, finishing with a 14–14 draw. Both teams worked hard throughout and showed great sportsmanship, making it a really fun game to watch.

Nets in the City and Spice Goals also enjoyed a closely matched contest, ending the evening with an 8–8 draw. The game flowed nicely from end to end, with both teams supporting each other and showing strong teamwork throughout.

Blue Sirens had a strong outing against Oh Shoot, finishing with a 10–1 win. Their passing, movement, and communication stood out as they worked well together across the court.

A special mention goes to Jessiemeen Maruza from Spice Goals, who was named Player of the Week after a fantastic all-round performance and great commitment for her team.

With week 4 just around the corner, the Bedford Thursday league continues to offer a welcoming and enjoyable environment for players of all abilities. We’re looking forward to another week of friendly netball and great team spirit.
