Bedford Monday Netball Update - Week 18

The Bedford Monday You Play Netball League season came to a close last night after 18 fantastic weeks of netball, teamwork and plenty of laughs along the way.

A huge congratulations to Bees Knees, who finished the season at the top of the table with 31 points and 15 wins after a consistently strong and positive campaign. Well done as well to Lets Go, who secured a brilliant runners-up spot and have been a great presence throughout the season.

There were some great games to round things off. Ballbusters edged a closely contested 4–3 win against Goal Diggers, while Bedford Raptors had a strong performance in their 12–5 game against Net It Together. Wootton Wonders finished on a high with a 14–6 win over Netballerz, and Victory Vibes enjoyed a 12–6 result against Nets Go To The Pub. It was great to see every team giving their all and supporting one another right until the final whistle.

A special shoutout goes to Rebecca from High Hoops, who was named Player of the Season. Rebecca has shown fantastic commitment, skill and positivity throughout, playing a big part in her team’s success.

It’s been a wonderful season filled with friendly competition, great team spirit and lots of memorable moments. We’re already looking forward to welcoming everyone back for the next one!
