In a thrilling sports spectacle last night, the Wolverhampton Sunday Netball League witnessed high-octane action in its fifth week. The League, showcased a series of nail-biting matches that kept everyone on their toes.

In a display of exceptional skill and strategy, the Hotshots narrowly edged the Wing-its in a hard-fought battle with a final score of 12-11. However, the game of the night was undoubtedly the electrifying contest between Amazeballs and Thunder Thighs, where the latter triumphed with a scoreline of 17-14.

Phoenix Flyers and Goal Diggers added to the night's excitement, with the Goal Diggers securing a 14-10 victory. However, the standout player from these two teams was Amber Farrant from Phoenix Flyers, who earned the title of the Most Valued Player of the week. Her impressive play, sharp shooting accuracy, and agility were commendable, underlining her significant contribution to the league.

The night's most overwhelming victory, however, belonged to Blaze Ballers who outplayed Dolly Mixtures with a 18-7 win, becoming the top scorers of the week in the League.

This week's results have undoubtedly set the stage for a riveting next round, as teams will be eager to either maintain their winning streaks or seek redemption. As the league progresses, the competition is heating up, promising more adrenaline-filled matches to come.
