However, it was the match between Dolly Mixtures and The Hotshots that captivated the fans' hearts. Despite Dolly Mixtures suffering a 19-7 defeat, the team's resilient spirit was evident, and one player, in particular, shone brightly. Lesley Thomas, a key player for Dolly Mixtures, was named the Most Valued Player of the week. Thomas' relentless drive and exceptional skills were on full display, earning the recognition and applause from fans and peers alike.
