Another exciting evening of action took place in the Wolverhampton Sunday Netball League, with teams continuing to show fantastic teamwork, determination, and competitive spirit throughout Week 7.

Netbusters put in a strong performance against Blaze Ballers, showing great attacking play and resilience to secure the win in a closely contested match. Phoenix Flyers also impressed with a confident display against Goal Diggers, continuing their strong run of form this season.

One of the most entertaining games of the night came from Hotshots and Dolly Mixtures, with both teams battling hard from start to finish in a thrilling draw. The match was full of energy, skill, and great passages of play, leaving everyone looking forward to their next meeting.

A huge performance of the week came from Thunder Thighs, who delivered an outstanding team display against Wing-Its. Leading the way was Millie Lower, who earned Player of the Week thanks to her brilliant all-round performance, excellent leadership, and impressive skill on court.

Every team brought enthusiasm and great sportsmanship to the courts this week, making for another brilliant evening of netball in Wolverhampton. As the league heads into Week 8, the competition continues to build, and it’s shaping up to be an exciting second half of the season.
