Play in the Wolverhampton Sunday Netball League powered by You Play Netball!

It was an exciting week 6 in the Wolverhampton Sunday Netball League, with teams giving it their all and showing great teamwork, skill, and determination. Some sides celebrated fantastic wins, while others will be looking to bounce back stronger next week.

The standout match of the evening saw Blaze Ballers take on Phoenix Flyers, with Blaze Ballers coming out on top in a 20–12 victory. Phoenix Flyers may not have taken the win, but Rebecca Dudgon delivered an outstanding performance, showing incredible agility and accuracy. Her efforts earned her a well-deserved Player of the Week award.

The Hotshots also had a great game, edging past Netbusters with a close 11–8 win. Strong defence and smart play made the difference, helping them hold their lead until the final whistle.

In the final match, Wing-its secured a 15–11 win over Dolly Mixtures. It was a hard-fought game, but Wing-its’ teamwork and consistency helped them come through.

Overall, it was another brilliant week of netball, full of energy, effort, and great moments. With Blaze Ballers, The Hotshots, and Wing-its all picking up wins, it’ll be exciting to see how things shape up in the coming weeks!
