Despite a valiant effort from the Shooting Stars, they were unable to secure the upper hand, concluding the game with a final score of 2-18 in favor of Goals Aloud. However, the highlight of the match was the exemplary performance of Severine Tompsett from Shooting Stars. Despite the team’s loss, Tompsett stood out with her incomparable agility and strategic gameplay, earning her the title of Most Valued Player of the week. Her efforts showcased the true spirit of netball; tenacity, skill, and team spirit.

Meanwhile, the Allsorts played against the Netchicks in another pulse-racing match. Even with the Allsorts' fervent attempts, the Netchicks held their ground and clinched victory with a 14-7 win. The Allsorts, however, demonstrated exceptional resilience throughout the game, promising a strong performance in the coming weeks.
