The inaugural week of the much-anticipated Market Harborough Tuesday Night Netball Season kicked off last night with electrifying displays of competitive spirit. The initial week's showdown resulted in a series of thrilling matches, setting the stage for an action-packed season.

Ball Busters edged a victory over We've Got This, with a final score of 6 to 4. The Net Ballers faced Everyone Wants To Play, concluding with a score of 19 to 8 in favour of the latter. The Goal Diggers displayed their prowess against the Shooting Stars, securing a 13-4 win, while HotShots outplayed Goals Aloud in a hard-fought match, ending with a score of 16 to 8.

However, the star of the night was none other than Freya Bellamy from Goals Aloud. Despite her team's defeat, Bellamy's outstanding performance on the court earned her the title of the most valued player of the week. Her tactical skills and agile footwork were unmatched, signifying her as a formidable player to watch this season.
