Birmingham Tuesday Netball League – Week 12 Round-Up

Week 12 of the Birmingham Tuesday Netball League delivered another enjoyable evening of competitive netball, with teams across the league putting in strong performances and showing great commitment on court.

Goal Diggers took on Spice Goals in a challenging match, with Spice Goals producing a confident display of shooting and teamwork to secure a 34–7 win. Goal Diggers continued to work hard throughout the game and showed plenty of determination despite the result.

Stormers and Hoop Troops played out a closely contested fixture, with Stormers edging ahead to take a 14–9 victory. Hoop Troops pushed hard and stayed competitive, making it an entertaining game from start to finish.

One of the closest matches of the night saw Goals Aloud face Pocket Rockets. Both teams were evenly matched in a fast-paced and exciting contest, with Pocket Rockets narrowly taking the win 12–11.

The final game of the evening featured Goals Of Glory against Hoop There It Is!. Both sides showed great energy and teamwork, but Hoop There It Is! managed to pull away for a 14–10 win in a well-fought match.

A special mention goes to Jessica Davies of Goals Of Glory, who was named Most Valued Player of the week. Her effort, skill and positive influence on the game stood out, even in a tough fixture for her team.

Week 12 once again highlighted the competitive yet supportive atmosphere of the Birmingham Tuesday Netball League. As teams head into week 13, they’ll be looking to build on their performances and continue enjoying the season.
