Play in the Birmingham Tuesday You Play Netball League

BIRMINGHAM – Week 10 of the Birmingham Tuesday Netball League took place last night, with teams enjoying another evening of competitive and well-fought netball.

Goal Diggers faced Waseley Wizards in an engaging match, with Goal Diggers finishing 15–10 ahead after a solid team performance. Despite the result, Waseley Wizards’ Maria Knowles was named player of the week, recognised for her consistent effort and positive impact throughout the game.

Stormers played Goals Aloud in the next fixture, delivering a strong performance to secure an 18–7 win. Their movement and teamwork helped them maintain control across the court.

One of the standout matches of the evening was between Spice Goals and Goals Of Glory. Both teams played with confidence, with Spice Goals taking a 19–12 victory following a composed and organised display.

The final game saw Hoop Troops take on Hoop There It Is! in a closely contested match. Both sides worked hard throughout, with Hoop Troops edging ahead to claim a 15–10 win.

As the season moves past the halfway point, the Birmingham Tuesday Netball League continues to offer a welcoming and competitive environment for teams each week. Attention now turns to the next round of fixtures as teams look to build on their performances.
