Uttoxeter Monday Netball League - Week 9

The Uttoxeter Leisure Centre was buzzing this past Monday evening, as the ninth week of social netball unfolded. The welcoming atmosphere was evident as players of all experience levels gathered for a fun-filled night of netball. The court was alive with laughter, cheering, and the echo of whistles, creating an environment of camaraderie and healthy competition.

The first face-off of the evening saw Move On Up engage She's A Keeper in an exhilarating match. The final whistle blew with Move On Up finishing on a score of 12-11. Both teams showcased commendable teamwork, dedication, and sportsmanship throughout the match. The game was a delightful display of positive energy and was enjoyed by all in great spirit.

The second match of the evening featured Can't Touch This! and Hoop There It Is. With the final score concluding at 19-8 in favour of Can't Touch This!, the game was every bit as exciting as anticipated. Both teams displayed immense commitment and positive energy, embodying the spirit of friendly competition that social netball encourages.

A special mention goes to Leah Campion from She's A Keeper - our Most Valued Player for the week. Leah's enthusiasm, quick movement around the court, and her positive contribution was appreciated by both her teammates and opponents. Her infectious positivity truly embodied the spirit of friendly social netball.
