Greetings, Two Rivers Netball Community!

Our friendly evening of social netball last Thursday was a delight, as Week 14 brought us all together at the familiar Two Rivers High School. We saw players of varying experience levels coming together in a spirit of camaraderie, contributing to the warm atmosphere that has come to define our wonderful community.

In the Division 1 group, Rivers Divas and Rivers Swimmers took to the court, finishing the game with a score of 23-14. The game was marked by incredible teamwork, commitment, and sportsmanship. The River Warriors and River Unity also played an enthusiastic match, ending with a score of 1-29. Both teams demonstrated positivity and energy throughout, creating an enjoyable experience for all. Meanwhile, River Riders and River Blacks shared a lively game, concluding with a score of 15-21. It was a testament to the great spirit of this social sport.

Over in Division 2, River Hot Shots and River Golds played in a heartening match, finishing with a score of 9-19. The game was a true showcase of the friendly atmosphere that social netball encourages. River Dancers and River Rapids also took to the court with a score of 11-13, keeping the energy high. The River Chicks and River Queens wrapped up a fantastic evening with a score of 27-4, admirably demonstrating sportsmanship and communal spirit.

We’d like to give a special mention to our Most Valued Player of the week, Sarah Lord from River Chicks. Sarah's enthusiasm, movement around the court, and positive contribution were appreciated by teammates and opponents alike.

As we anticipate Week 15 and another evening of friendly social netball, we look forward to keeping active, meeting new people, and developing our netball skills in a supportive environment. As the season concludes, we'd like to extend our warm appreciation to our leading teams, River Alliance from Division 1 and River Cruisers from Division 2. Your contributions have greatly enriched this season.

We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone for participating in this wonderful season. We look forward to seeing you again for another great evening of netball. Keep those spirits high, netballers!
