In an exhilarating week 6 of the Tamworth Thursday Netball League, teams from across both Division 1 and Division 2 pulled out all the stops to deliver an unforgettable round of play.

In Division 1, River Riders pulled off a thrilling victory over Rivers Phoenix, scoring a 13-10 win. In a display of tenacious play and coordinated teamwork, River Riders managed to make their mark on the scoreboard. However, it was the Rivers Divas that stole the show in their crushing 18-5 victory against the River Warriors. This week's games showed a perfect mix of agility, strategy, and skill which were breathtaking to witness.

In Division 2, the action was equally intense. River Blacks secured a comfortable win over River Sevens with a 10-3 victory, while River Rapids swept past River Chicks with a commanding 29-13 win, and River Cruisers narrowly outscored River Dancers 6-4. The sheer determination and competitiveness from all teams was nothing short of inspirational.

One player, in particular, stood out this week. Becky Barron from River Chicks was named Most Valued Player for her exceptional performance despite her team's loss. Barron showcased her impeccable skill and sportsmanship, earning her the admiration of not only her teammates but also spectators and opponents alike.

The top scorers for each division were River Divas for Division 1 and River Rapids for Division 2, both teams demonstrated great offensive power and strategic play. Their impressive performances have set a high benchmark for the upcoming games.

As we move into the seventh week of the season, all eyes will undoubtedly be on these top performers to see if they can maintain their winning streak and high-level play. The Tamworth Thursday Netball League continues to captivate audiences with its display of high-intensity play and sportsmanship.
