The match between Rivers Phoenix and River Riders was a nail-biter, ending in a 12-all deadlock. However, the Rivers Runners proved their mettle by outclassing the River Sevens with an impressive 28-8 victory. The game between Rivers Swimmers and River Hot Shots saw the latter dominating the court with a score of 26-5.

The player who stood out in this fierce competition was Karen Webb from River Hoops, who was rightfully named the league's Most Valued Player. Despite her team's loss, her performance was simply sensational, demonstrating not only her superior skills but also her leadership and determination.
