In a thrilling conclusion to the Tamworth Thursday Netball League season, the Rivers Divas claimed supremacy in the League, marking the 18th and final week of the action-packed season.

The highly anticipated showdown saw four matches in the division featuring the crème de la crème of the netball teams. The Rivers Swimmers were outdone by the River Hot Shots who put up an impressive 16-5 score. The Rivers Divas, however, were in a league of their own, against the River Hoops with a 29-7 win.

The closely contested match between the River Chicks and River Warriors was a nail biter, with the Chicks clinching a win by a single point, 13-12. The River Sevens, not to be underestimated, overpowered the River Rapids 14-7, amping up the intensity of the final week.

The final week of the season wasn't just about team achievements. Maisie Flatley from River Hoops distinguished herself amidst the fierce competition, earning the title of Most Valued Player of the week. Her exceptional performance was a highlight of the season, despite her team's result to the Rivers Divas.

With a whopping total of 33 points and 16 wins, the Rivers Divas were crowned winners of the League. This victory marks the culmination of a thrilling season that has seen the Divas rise from strength to strength, outperforming all opposition to claim the top spot.
