Excitement continues to mount as the second week of the Tamworth Thursday Netball League concludes. The competition was fierce, with teams in both Division 1 and Division 2 leaving it all on the court.

In Division 1, the River Blacks and River Riders engaged in a tightly contested showdown, with the Riders ultimately prevailing 15-13. In another nail-biting face-off, Rivers Phoenix narrowly edged out the River Warriors 9-8. The close scores are a testament to the high level of competition and skill in Division 1.

Over in Division 2, the River Chicks handed a decisive 19-7 defeat to the River Dancers. The River Cruisers put up a gallant fight but fell 13-5 to the River Rapids. The most impressive performance of the week, however, came from Rivers Swimmers, who dominated the River Sevens with a resounding 20-4 victory.

The most valued player of the week was none other than Stephanie Croft from Rivers Swimmers. Croft's exceptional skill, tireless work ethic, and team leadership played a significant role in Rivers Swimmers' massive win this week.

While we eagerly anticipate the upcoming netball action, it's clear that Stephanie Croft and the Rivers Swimmers are the team to beat in Division 2. Meanwhile, Division 1 continues to be a thrilling battleground, with the River Riders and Rivers Phoenix demonstrating their prowess this week.

Anticipation builds as we all wonder: Which teams will rise to the occasion, who will score the most goals, and who will be named the most valuable player next week in the Tamworth Thursday Netball League.
