In the League, River Hoops dominated the court with a 21-7 victory over River Rapids. The Hoops showed exceptional teamwork and precision, making it a tough night for the Rapids. Following closely, River Hot Shots set the court on fire, outscoring River Sevens with a massive 25-4 win. The Hot Shots demonstrated an unbeatable attack and defense strategy leaving the Sevens with a lot to ponder for the upcoming matches.

Meanwhile, River Riders secured a solid 14-7 victory over Rivers Swimmers, and Rivers Divas triumphed over River Chicks with a convincing 24-7 win. Additionally, River Warriors saw off Rivers Phoenix with a close 11-5 win.

The standout player this week, without a doubt, was Tamara Gibbs from Rivers Swimmers. Despite their loss, Gibbs demonstrated standout skills and agility, earning her the title of Most Valued Player this week. Her performance showcased the talent thriving within Tamworth Thursday  League.
